Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
At Louv.uk, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policy carefully before making a request.
1. Returns
You have the right to return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Returns must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
To request a return, please contact us first at support@louv.uk with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
⚠️ Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or beauty products, unless they are defective.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or sent in error.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider — processing times can vary depending on your financial institution.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@louv.uk, attaching clear photos of the issue.
We will review your case and provide either a replacement, a repair, or a full refund, depending on the situation.
5. Warranty
All Louv.uk products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Improper use or negligence;

Normal wear and tear;

Accidents, modifications, or unauthorised repairs.
If a defect covered by warranty is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:

The product is defective;

The wrong item was sent;

The item was damaged during delivery.
In such cases, Louv.uk will cover the shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
