Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
When your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time.
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before finalising your order. Louv.uk cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment directly from the courier’s website.
If you have not received your tracking details within a reasonable time, please contact us at support@louv.uk.
4. Delivery Conditions

In case of absence at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt a second delivery or leave your parcel at a nearby collection point.

If the parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
5. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@louv.uk with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage.
We will investigate the issue with the courier and offer an appropriate solution — either a replacement or a refund.
6. Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders outside the UK, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

If your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond reasonable limits, we will take immediate action to resolve the situation.
